UK, Europe, & Canada Orders
Royal Mail, Canada Mail and some European countries frequently charge our customers who purchase the vitamin supplements and skin care products VAT and Customs charges (taxes).
To collect your order you may need to pay these charges to Royal Mail, Canada Mail, or your European postal service.
Not everyone is charged these taxes but it does frequently occur. We strongly encourage you to pay the additional charges as your package will be sent back to us if the charge is not paid. Once we receive the item/s we will refund the price of the item/s but we do not refund postage or the return postage if items are deliberately left.
Books do not attract customs tax from the UK or Canada so adding a book to your order may be advised.
